Meet Sister Jenny

I am Sister Jenny, a registered nurse who spent 18 years working in hospitals, and more than 30 years developing natural skincare solutions.

I still do wound care and founded Sister Jenny Burn Foundation.

What began as a desire to help people with dry, damaged, and diabetic skin grew into a range of creams trusted by families across South Africa. My mission has always been simple: to create products that bring comfort, nourishment, and confidence to those who use them.

More than a cream, this is a legacy of care. For over 30 years, Sister Jenny Creams have been helping people soothe, moisturise, and support healthy skin. Created from years of hands-on nursing experience, every product is made with compassion, quality, and a genuine desire to improve people's lives.

We use no synthetic colouring and no synthetic perfume. The natural fragrance comes from carefully selected organic essential oils, making Sister Jenny Creams truly unique and in a class of their own.

From dry skin and scars to burns, rough heels, and everyday skin challenges, every jar is created with the same dedication that inspired my very first cream.
